These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement"”) govern your use of Cleopatra tokenized loyalty club website (“Website”) and its associated services, operated by Token Loyalty Company DMCC (“Company,” “we,” or”us”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Membership and Eligibility:1.1.Membership in the tokenized loyalty club is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set forth by the Company.
1.2. By becoming a member, you affirm that you are of legal age according to the laws of your country of residence.
1.3.The Company reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at its sole discretion without providing any reason.
2. Tokenized Loyalty Club: 2.1. The tokenized loyalty club operates on the basis of blockchain technology and utilizes digital tokens as a mean of exchange within the club.
2.2.Vouchers, discounts and offers can be earned through eligible activities and transactions as determined by the Company.
2.3. The Company reserves the right to modify the vouchers, discounts and offers earning and redemption criteria, including the conversion rate between them and fiat currency, at its sole discretion.
2.4. The loyalty cards are sold to eligible persons in a specific price. Loyalty cards are personal and have a duration of seven years. The Company deserves the right to alter the term of the club and consequently the duration of the loyalty cards.
2.5. The Loyalty cards have no guaranteed cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged or sold without the previous consent of the Company.
2.6. The Loyalty card can be acquired by a new holder, under condition that the new holder will provide the minimum information requested by the system for his registration.
3. Privacy and Data Protection: 3.1. The Company is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with applicable EU regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
